JELLY (ジェリー) was a visual kei band in Sendai. They were active from 2006 to 2008 and are now disbanded.
I think Gt. レオ joined somewhere between May and July 2008 (source: VKDB 情報, CD inlays). Also, I believe レオ is the same as the here listed member NOBU. My guess is レオ changed his name to NOBU in GREGORY. This is based on my memory of info at the time and the available images (they look very similar to me).
I'd say you're right, the insert picture on the 3 consecutive CDs (July to Sept 2008) レオ looks identical to NOBU's picture from GREGORY. Even the hair color/eye makeup is the same.
He joined sometime after the release 偏執狂 and likely after Izumi departed, and definitely before July 2008. I'll remove NOBU here, however if anyone has any information proving he's a different member, please comment it here.
