emmurée will be releasing their first new CD in almost 2 years

Legendary gothic rock band emmurée have recently come out of an activity pause after suspending activities back in July with the departure of former bassist Tomo (朋). They then took to Twitter to announce that they will be releasing their first item since 2021.

Yuuheisareta Sekai -Closed Gate- (幽閉された世界 -Closed gate-) will be made available for purchase on March 20th. The single comes with 3 tracks, plus a large photo booklet containing various band interviews and documentary commentary. The release will cost 4,000 yen and be made available on the band's webshop + live venues.

The band will also hold their 24th anniversary live emmurée reborn on March 21st, at Ikebukuro CHOP.
