LYNCS has issued a statement informing that vocalist NOCTIS ZANG is no longer involved with the band and that they are stopping activity.
It comes as no surprise in light of recent allegations towards NOCTIS ZANG from a BBC report on “Chikan”—a Japanese term describing public sexual assault. For more details on the allegations toward NOCTIS ZANG, please refer to BBC's report here:

It's important to underline that the report makes no such claims against the remaining member, Lin. Furthermore, Lin clarifies in his statement that his only relationship with NOCTIS ZANG was as manager of the label Grows Independent Music, to which NOCTIS ZANG (and LYNCS) was signed. A translation of Lin's full statement follows:
I am writing to inform you of the news report from June 9th concerning NOCTIS ZANG, a member of my label.
First of all, I would like to extend my sincere apologies to the many victims of the website that he is alleged to have been involved in.
I would also like to express my deepest apologies for any inconvenience or concern caused to related parties and to those who have supported LYNCS thus far.
The company takes this matter very seriously and has taken measures to remove NOCTIS ZANG from LYNCS as of today.
Additionally, LYNCS will immediately suspend its activity.
The company has never been involved in any of NOCTIS ZANG's activities other than artist management.
I sincerely apologize to the victims, all parties concerned, and all fans.
