Most sources say that this CD was freely distributed beginning on 2004-11-06, but the disc itself says 2004-11-05 (which was the date of the band's first live and free oneman). The CD also sports the text “birth certificate PREMIUM PRESENT CD,” which perhaps indicates that it was awarded to those who turned in some sort of certificate. Perhaps the certificate was turned in at the live.
