Documentary/live VHS, sold for 4,800 Yen (without tax). Title is read as "Mōsō Kakugaigeki" and means "Delusional Special Play". It was originally supposed to be released on September 23, but got postponed to October 7, 1998, for unknown reasons.
Consists of on- and off-stage footage of the band's indies days, with commentary by the members. Also included is a card with the band's line-up and a picture of each member. The other side lists their concert history and an advertisment and contact information for the fanclub.
The tracklist doesn't reflect the contents and is different on the back of the case and the tape itself.
