Best DVD released in memorial of KISAKI's retirement in 2007. Comes in a special tall case with outer sleeve and features a 14-page booklet with biography and discography information. Features 5 PVs on the first disc and a full recording (including encore) of the project's last oneman from January 2007. Also includes the project's “last message,” a comment video filmed after the end of the same live.

It was released at the same time as the best album Eien no Yume・・・ (永遠の夢・・・); the first 1,000 purchasers who mailed in the application coupon included with both best collections received a memorial item signed by KISAKI and Jui (樹威).
