This DVD-R was freely distributed to attendees of the band's tour final and disbandment oneman live, Saigo no Bansan (最後の晩餐), on 2005-05-25 at Meguro (目黒) ROCKMAYKAN (鹿鳴館). It contains a PV and making-of footage for an unreleased song. (I'm not sure if it's actually titled Song, or if that's a placeholder.)
