This tape was not a high-effort release - consisting of a stock tape J-card with "LITTLE VAMPIRE" manually stamped on the spine, a photocopied lyrics insert, and a consumer-grade tape. Judging by the tape types seen on the market, this demo was released around 1992.

Interesting enough, at least two revisions seem to exist of the lyrics insert - one with "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU・・・" in all-caps, and one with "Happy Birthday To You・・・" in mixed-case - in the lyrics of "TO YOU".
