It's a professionally pressed DVD with [handicam] footage from Phantasmagoria's 2007-04-29 appearance at a live celebrating Shouji Noriko (東海林のり子), the reporter more commonly known as Rockin'mama who was an important figure in visual kei during its boom. It also includes footage of vocalist RIKU (戮), guitarist JUN, and Shouji Noriko (東海林のり子) speaking on stage.

Although the DVD is professionally pressed, the data is not properly structured and thus cannot be played with a standard DVD player and is not broken into chapters. The DVD must be browsed on a computer, where the contained mpg file can be played directly. Additionally, although the video was shot in 4:3 ratio, it has been encoded into 16:9 ratio (i.e. there are black bars at either side).
