This album was freely distributed at the band's 2016-01-05 special oneman, Judge the Value, at Takadanobaba AREA.

At this oneman, attendees paid for their tickets after the performance, and were asked to pay whatever value they thought the performance was worth. Those who paid for the 3,000 yen premium ticket further received a booklet detailing the world of OUSIA.
